This class offers the forms of meditation in sitting and walking, including light physical exercise to enhance your life, and routine activities for your self-care.Relaxing the body and mind can be effectively achieved through the practice of  nothing more or less.

Classes are run by Internationally respected zen teacher, Ekai Korematsu, from 1-3pm Mondays and Thursdays – no appointment needed.


Buoyancy’s meditation teacher, Ekai Korematsu, gives a practical introduction to Zen meditation for maintaining healthy body and mind (5 videos).
